1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoConverso, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Service Description

GoConverso is a SaaS platform that enables professionals to create booking websites. We provide:

• Website creation tools for professionals
• Online booking system
• Payment processing through Stripe
• Email and SMS notifications
• Analytics and reporting features
• WhatsApp Business API integration for professional client communication

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Available Plans

We offer Free, Plus ($18/month), and Pro ($48/month) plans with different features and limits.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam or unauthorized communications

6. SMS Notifications

GoConverso sends transactional SMS notifications to end-user customers on behalf of professionals using our platform. By providing a phone number when booking an appointment, customers consent to receive appointment-related SMS messages including:

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before)
• No-show follow-up messages
• Review requests after appointments
• Order status updates (for e-commerce orders)

Opt-Out

Customers may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message Frequency & Costs

Customers will receive a maximum of 3-5 SMS messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's carrier plan. GoConverso does not charge customers for receiving SMS.

Quiet Hours

SMS notifications are not sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in the recipient's local time zone.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GoConverso are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GoConverso, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may integrate with third-party services including Meta WhatsApp Business API to enable communication features on behalf of our clients.

• Keep our service secure and virus-free
• Provide ongoing support to our customers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoConverso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoConverso, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
