Each app in the platform collects only what that feature requires, for example:

- Payments: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Email marketing & SMS: only contacts and phone numbers your customers provide or authorize (e.g., appointment confirmations and reminders; reply
STOPto opt out of SMS at any time). - WhatsApp & Chat: messages exchanged between a business and its customers, when the WhatsApp integration is enabled (see Section 3).

2. How we use information

- To send transactional communications such as appointment reminders and confirmations.
- To enable messaging between businesses and their customers (including WhatsApp).
- To calculate and pay partner/ambassador commissions.
- To improve the platform based on aggregate, real-world usage.

We do not sell your personal data, rent it, build advertising profiles from it, or share it with data brokers or marketing agencies.
3. WhatsApp & Meta Platform data
GoConverso is a Meta Tech Provider that offers a multi-tenant WhatsApp Business API integration so that businesses using our platform can message their own customers.
- What is processed: WhatsApp message content, sender/recipient phone numbers, message metadata (timestamps, delivery status), and business account configuration required to route messages.
- Purpose: to deliver, display, and store conversations between a business and its customers inside that business’s inbox, and to power optional assistant features the business turns on.
- Consent & opt-in: messaging is enabled only when a business explicitly connects its own WhatsApp Business account and its customers opt in to be contacted.
- Sharing: WhatsApp data is exchanged with Meta Platforms, Inc. solely to transmit messages through the WhatsApp Business API. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising and we do not sell it.
- Compliance: our use of the WhatsApp Business API complies with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
- Retention & deletion: a business can delete conversations from its inbox, and account deletion removes associated WhatsApp data as described in Sections 5 and 7.
