If the number stays on the WhatsApp Business app, yes: the connection asks you to have your phone at hand to read a QR code, and takes 5 to 10 minutes. The login is the official WhatsApp Business one (via Facebook).

No. The connection is guided inside GoConverso.
Is the Inbox included in my plan?
