Organize each client's work in projects: tasks on a Kanban board you drag, a Canvas for notes, a file library and deliverables your client approves or asks to revise through the portal. Share by link or email invite and turn a WhatsApp conversation into a task.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to use Projects?
No. Projects is included in the Free plan, with up to 3 projects and 500 MB of storage. Plus and Max raise those limits.
Does my client need an account to see the project?
They get in through the share link or the invite you sent by email. The public link shows the project read-only. To approve deliverables and request revisions, the client signs in to the portal with their email and a code sent by email.
How does the client approve or request a revision on a deliverable?
In the projects portal, where the client signs in with a code sent by email. They open the deliverable and tap approve, or request revision and write what needs to change. The request reaches you, and you send a new version.
Does Projects track hours with a timer or issue invoices?
No. Each task has a field for estimated and actual hours that you fill in, but there is no timer, and Projects does not issue invoices.
Can I see the tasks from all projects together?
Yes. Pin the important tasks and they appear in the Master Kanban on the main Projects page.
Can I create a task from a WhatsApp message?
Yes. Select the messages in the conversation and use Make a task. You pick the project, or GoConverso creates one for the client.
What happens when I reach the project limit?
You cannot create a new one until you archive a project or change plans. Archived projects do not count toward the limit.
