- How many forms can I create?
- On the Free plan, up to 3 active forms. On Plus, up to 5. On Max, unlimited.
- Do I need to code to create a form?
- No. You build the form in the visual editor, with 10 field types, and each form gets its own link to share.
- Do the answers go to my CRM?
- Yes. Each submission creates or updates the client in your CRM automatically, on every plan.
- Can I put the form on my website?
- Yes. You embed the form on your GoConverso website or on any page, as an inline widget, a popup window or an iframe.
- Does the form accept file uploads?
- Yes. The maximum size per file is 1 MB on Free, 3 MB on Plus and 25 MB on Max.
- Will I get a notice when someone answers?
- Yes. You can turn on an email notification for each submission, and also a confirmation email to the person who answered.
