Frequently asked questions
Do I need Stripe to sell plans?
Yes. You can build the plan as a draft without Stripe, but you only publish and sell with your Stripe account connected and ready to receive charges.
Can I charge monthly and yearly?
Yes. Each plan's billing cycle is monthly or yearly, and you choose the currency: US dollar, Brazilian real or euro.
Can I limit how many people subscribe?
Yes. The subscriber cap is optional, and blank means unlimited. You can choose whether a seat reopens when someone cancels.
What does the subscriber get?
Whatever you set under Entitlements: services from your calendar, access to a community, or nothing on the platform if you deliver the value outside it. The showcase text shows this to the buyer before paying.
How do I send the plan link to my clients?
On the plan card, tap Copy link and send it by WhatsApp, email or social media. View page opens the sales page.
What happens to a subscriber whose payment is late?
They keep access for the number of grace days you set, 3 or 7, and then lose access.
If I archive a plan, are subscribers canceled?
No. Archiving only stops new subscriptions. People already subscribed keep being billed until they cancel.
