Hotmart Import

Turn your Hotmart buyers into contacts in your CRM

Upload the sales spreadsheet you export from Hotmart, as CSV, XLSX or XLS up to 10 MB, with columns in Portuguese or English. Preview the first 50 rows before importing. Each buyer becomes a contact, matched by email and then by the same phone digits, so importing again does not duplicate anyone. The journey record gets revenue and lost revenue, with refunded or cancelled sales counting as lost revenue, and each sale is recorded once per transaction, with the product name. Importing old buyers sends no email. The result screen shows new contacts, contacts that already existed and skipped rows.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an automatic sync with Hotmart?
Not yet. The import works from a spreadsheet: you download your sales from Hotmart and upload the file to GoConverso to bring in the new sales.
Do buyers get an e-mail when I import?
No. Importing history sends no e-mail to anyone, even if you have automations turned on for new contacts.
How many imports can I do?
On the Free plan, 3 per month, and the 4th is refused at upload. Paid plans have no import limit.
Will I get duplicate contacts if I import again?
No. GoConverso looks up the e-mail first (case-insensitive) and then the phone. A buyer with a different e-mail but the same phone (written with the same digits) joins the existing contact, and a transaction that was already imported is not counted twice.
What kind of file can I upload?
CSV, XLSX or XLS, up to 10 MB. Column names can be in Portuguese or English. A CSV exported from Google Sheets (UTF-8) also works.
What happens to refunds and cancellations?
They do not count as revenue: they count as lost revenue. If the buyer already had an active sale, the contact can move to the "churned" stage of the customer journey. A sale counts as it appears in the spreadsheet the first time the transaction comes in; uploading an already imported transaction again does not change revenue.
What does my spreadsheet need to have?
At least the buyer e-mail and the transaction code on each row. Rows missing either one are skipped and show up in the result count.
Can I close the page during the import?
No. Processing is driven by your browser, block by block, so keep the tab open until the result appears. An import interrupted in the middle stays as "Processing" in the history.
Does the import create tags or funnel deals?
No. It creates contacts and records purchases and revenue. It does not create tags or deals in the sales funnel, and it does not link products to the contact.
Where does the file I uploaded go?
In private storage, out of reach of other users.
